Use of Personal Information
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. When a client or customer registers for a session, program, or event, or requests a publication or resource, they will be asked to provide their Personal Information such as name, email address, mailing address, phone number emergency contact information, and medical information for any active breathwork sessions and possibly for requesting a publication or resource. We collect this information to facilitate participation in the session and to provide the resources requested. We will use the emergency contact information only as required in the event of an emergency.
We may also collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site or when you access our site by or through a mobile device (“Usage Data”). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol address (i.e. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our website that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the Site by or through a mobile device, this Usage Data may include information such as the type of mobile device you use, your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser you use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

Your information, including Personal Information, may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your province, state, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.
We retain Personal Information for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, unless applicable law requires storage for a longer period of time.

Our Site does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Information from children without verification of parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers.
We have procedures in place to receive and respond to complaints or inquiries about our handling of Personal Information. We will describe the complaint procedures to anyone who makes inquiries or lodges complaints.
